This felt like spring today. At the office, i got the visit of a ladybird. She did not understood though that she was on the wrong side of the window. Ladybird are pretty cool insects me thinks. They look funny and above all, they bring hope with them. That’s maybe like that i have to translate the little visit from today. I don’t need to panic, even if i would like to speed up some
things. I have to stay calm and controll myself.

But tonight, this is time for the clubcompetition for 3000m indoors. I believe that the other 1982-girl that is very good at running will be there, so there will be no victory in my class for me this time again, but it will be good anyway to give some energy out.
