Soufflé au fromage

Or how to eat eggs in auch more fun way. You need:

  • 25 gr butter
  • 25 gr bread
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 spoon of corn flour
  • 125 gr of cheese

You put your oven to 200 degrees.

You separate the yellow from the white. In the whites, which have to be very cold,, you put some salt and you mix them until you get a fluffy white thing. You put in the corn flour and the yellow and you mix very gently! Then you put 100 gr of cheese in it and mix again really gently. You put this mix in four small forms that you will have buttered before. You top with the rest of the cheese.

You take a form for the oven, put 2 cm water in it. You put your four forms in the big form and everything in the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven.

This is excellent with some tomatoes and a way much more fun than an omelet!
