A studie was published in a Swedish newspaper about how much and how long one have to run to live a longer life. The text is pretty easy to read if you are lazy: you don’t need to run neither fast nor long to live longer. Well. They mean that 2,4 hours a week and 3 times a week is enough.
Ok. Let’s go to my personal facts. I am currently trying to follow the Nike coach program, telling me to run up to 5 times a week, and I hardly succeed to run three times, with one riding session a week. I am not very sure that I run 2,4 hours a week and I find it difficult to find the time.
So don’t believe everything that is in newspaper, this IS hard to get a longer life, so make the best of the one you got!
