Playlist

I like running with music, except when it is an early morning during the spring and that the birds are waking up and telling the day to be beautiful. On sunday, the start is too late for that, and i want to be in my little bubble, so i am right now trying to put together a playlist that may be listenable.

The feelings i can get with music during a run are really depending on my suffering. The more i am suffering and knowing that the distance is still long, the more i get irritated over pushing songs. If everything is going all well, then i like slow songs too, it gives me peace.

I read somewhere that the brain feels good if you listen to music you hd in the hears during good experiences so i try to remember which music i was listening to when i was happy. I would like to put some bryan adams but unfortunatly, i haven’t it… But i will try with this playlist (plaid in shuffle)

Well, when i read this list, i notice that most of the songs give me some power, either because i lived something nice while listening to them or because i like the meaning of the lyrics. There are some lame songs in this list too, but who don’t have some lame song on their favo list??
