Wo ist das Meer?

I went back home pretty early today and before that, I bought some real cheese! Miam! From France! We have guests tomorrow so they will have the chance to try a French speciality, which fits pretty good with the autumn.

I went directly outside for a run, 5km today too and five minutes faster than two days ago. I also had a low pulse this time so I feel confident. I will run the 10k on Sunday, even if my friend H has other plans.
