
I read pretty much blogg about running nowadays, mostly to find inspiration and motivation. I have now been serious since like almost 4 months and I don’t feel any progression, this is really frustrating, even if I know that it usually goes slowly. Anyway. Tonight, I had it. Almost. And it= the flow! I ran my quickest (almost) 5 kn of the season. Why not exactly 5? Actually, it should have been 6 and since it was hot (15 degrees), I was tired, thirsty, so I also could short the distance with some hundred meters more. I was puking my heart though and blood taste isn’t lovely.
Tomorrow, rest. On Friday: I will try to get up early and run a 8km and long distans (15km) on the planning for Sunday afternoon. Next week will be a little difficult, I will travel for work plus that is midsummer and our plan don’t include sweat in running shoes but sunbath in bikini on an island. No coconut though but high expectations on laughs, weather, company and wine.
A propos wine. I noticed this week end that I almost don’t drink anymore. And this is good: to limit the intake of unnecessary calories is the best way to avoid to feel like a pregnant elephant during the next run. Well, maybe not exactly but at least, I skip bad consciousness. With these wide words, I will wish you a good night, early morning for me tomorrow (5.30). By the way, I took away the possibility to write comments since the blogg got hacked with a lots of commercial in Norwegian and bad Asian English. I will see how it will be later, but with the number of comments I got earlier ( serious ones) it doesn’t seem that you readers and comments writters will be frustrated.
