Wo ist das Meer?

It’s Christmas before the right day today. Well better said: my motivation came by mail today. My brand new (white) gel speedstar are here and will be tested on Thursday fr the interval training with ik akele. For tonight, I am loading some music on my iPod and is soon off for a 15km run. Dunno where though. Tomorrow, sleeping morning since it’s the Swedish national day, so I take my long run tonight.
