It is approximativly the time i spent today to work in a efficient way. It means 1 hour for 9 hours transportation/discussion/phone calls. And the efficient hour, I spent it making an unconfortable presentation. Not that I was not confortable while talking, just that the subject was not very pleasant. But it’s a part of the work, or?

The worse part was the last part of the travel home. I had to catch a train around 4PM. It was already getting dark btw. I think Sweden may get an award for all the desert that are train station and in the top ten, then you got Nykvarn station. The only things there is an automat to buy your local ticket and a place to wait protected from the wind. I got some home-sick-feeling almost while waiting there: yeah, exactly the same parfum in this windprotected area as in a dark corner in the metro in Paris, where people use to pee you know. A connection with my feelings from tonight was that i was really in need to pee too. Maybe I am getting to personal here??

Of course, the train was full with people and i had the chance to find a sitting place. So i sat close to 2 women who were talking about their day in Stockholm. They apparently were to some kind of formation and talked so happy about it. It was really a lift to hear them saying things like “oh i cannot wait to begin with this new method and see how much better it will be!” for exampel. I tried to remember when it was the last time i felt enthousiasm like that at work and really, i cannot remember. Ah, yes, maybe last monday when we should have some kick off activities on the first evening of a 2 days meeting.

To continue the ring history, I lost the ticket for the new one. AHAHA Like i finally got UPS to pick up the packet they had to pick but it was not easy there either. Ah well, let’s see how it turns!
