I have been away 43 days for my longest summer vacations evaar i think. I have been driving motorbike a little more than 6000 km through Sweden, Germany (fake hihi) and France.

It began with Midsommar, spent in Sweden with my best austrian friend, following the rules. We ate herrings, drank snaps and sang små grodorna. The weather was wonderfull and it did good to me just to lay in the grass (in some camping close to Värnamo) or in the sand, watching the ocean (Ängelholm). I made a stop in Lund for the night and took the direction for Germany the day after.

When i arrived in Hamburg, i decided that it was the limit between north and south Europe. It was about 30 degrees and i was sweating as in a sauna in my leather clothes. Kind of troubles to find the train station but i made some free sight seeing instead of coming too early at the station. I met a lot of nice people while i was waiting for the train. The fake part is that i put my love R1150R on the train and me in a wagon to cross Germany in one night. It was really practical and i recommend it for those who want to drive to south Europa.

I arrived at the early morning and made a visit to my little and lovely sister in Mulhouse before to take the road to Jockgrim through Alsace, following the route des vins. It was still really hot and sunny, nice to drive, but not nice to stop ;)

Then i made some visit to my familly in Sierck les Bains, Metz, Remilly and it was really cool to see everyone again. I haven’t been good at holding contact since i moved abroad but it was reallynice to sit and take the time to share our lifes. I also visited some friends in the Vosges and it also had been a really long time, like 10 years or so. Thank you everyone for letting me in in your life after such a long time!

Then, i drove to the paradise, read my parents home. It was over 40 degrees everyday, so the only thing to do there was to get into the pool as soon as possible and go in during the hotter times of the day. I managed pretty well with doing nothing :) one week end, my dad and i drove motorbike in the Alps and lost some degrees with the heights. It was cool to drive with him, even if he thought that i could use more of my wheels ;)

Then, we got to a nice concert my sister and I (will tell about that in a special article) and we drove to Tours for some other visits and nice time together. We were sleeping in camping and it made talk a lot of people to see 2 girls driving motorbikes.
We took our ways to Olouise back and then, i visited some friends in Romans and Grenoble, spending the rest of the time at the pool or in front of the TV, mostly sleeping haha
On my way home, i got the rain. Yeah, the real rain that makes you wett. Took the train back from Lörrach to Hamburg and then drove my way home to Eskilstuna in some etaps.

It was funny to be at home again, it seems that nothing has changed and that i missed nothing here. It was also strange to sleep in my own bed last night.
