For some reasons i had to make 2 researches today, about 2 things that are very litle and in our body and that make us feel good and relaxed. Was totally by mistake, so i thought i had to share this hasard with you:
Serotonin
Approximately 80 percent of the human body’s total serotonin is located in the enterochromaffin cells in the gut, where it is used to regulate intestinal movements. The remainder is synthesized in serotonergic neurons in the CNS where it has various functions, including the regulation of mood, appetite, sleep, muscle contraction, and some cognitive functions including memory and learning. well, 2 things that make you feel good in other words. To increase the first one: sing every morning in your shower and for the second: you can eat or drink some things that contains it.
Now that i remember these names, i think i studied that at school when i was like 16, in some short chapter. But i am very happy that i met them today in 1) a conversation about singing in the shower and 2) at some theorical lesson for the motorbike driving licence.
