Wo ist das Meer?

I just came back from a nice week-end at London. I had no predjugdes before to go there and i was pleasantly surprised by the city. Actually, it has nothing super exceptional but it is very nice to hang around there. A lot of pub and beers calling and the architecture is pretty, no high buildings and stuff. Me liked.

We were living close to Regent park, in Campden town and the first day, we went down to Picadilly circus, eating an english breakfast that i still feel on my stomach. On the evening, we went to Campden town, in some pubs that the Routard 2010 described as good for us, ending at some club (the koko) where we danced pretty alone ahah.

On saturday, we went to Big ben (with the bus, which is a very nice way to see the city), ate a fish and chips, drank some more beers, went to see a rugby game in a pub and visited the Tate Modern Museum before to drink a coktail and then, walked slowly home.

On sunday, we took the way to Westminster, which has nothing very exceptional, and we visited a part of the National Gallery. It was a way too mcuch people for me there though. Then, after watching the game France-Scottland, we went to The tower of London and i took the tube home to try to catch some sleep. This morning, i left the appartment at 2 AM and it was kind of difficult to catch a cab, although i booked in advanced. Fucking cab! I needed 12 hours to reach my door in Eskilstuna and i can tell you that i am pretty tired now! It was a good week end, very nice company and fun!
