We had some conferences with the work and lived 2 days in Grythyttan, a place lost between trees and lakes in Sweden.
The swedish contribution, maltidenshuset, to the international exposition in 1992 in Sevilla is now in Grythyttan and this building represents both the mediteranean and the nordic environments. It costed 30 milliarder swedish krones to move it to Grythyttan and it now serves the cook formation.
We have the chance to cook our dinner there with the help of profesionnal cooks and it was a wunderful experience!
