There is snow on the streets since 2 months. You can´t see the marks on the floor that show  where it´s allowed to park your car. But you HAVE to know where you can park, it´s implicit.

It happened to 4 or 5 cars in the street where i´m living.  poor people! (straff from 800 kronor…)
